Conservatism in the adult Israeli Jewish population

    Abstract

    The aim of the present study was to investigate inter-ethnic differences in conservatism as yielded from the Conservatism Scale for a sample of adult Israelis. Members of the Eastern ethnic group were found to be significantly more conservative than subjects of Western origin on the significant factors of conservatism common to the two ethnic groups.
