Abstract

The coherence of charge transfer through a weakly coupled double-dot dimer was investigated by using the statistics of the conductance pattern in a Si quantum dot dimer. An experimental study of the charge transport through a small Si nanostructure, which contained two quantum dots was presented. The transport through the dimer was shown to be coherent.
