Abstract

Clustering algorithms are one of the vital methodologies statistical analyses. It has been used in a variety of applications, namely, pattern recognition, image analysis and computational biology. We have tried to study the application of clustering techniques in systems Biology framework, with major focus on their on actual biological pathways.
