Abstract

Feasibility of cascading and reconfiguring a pair of linearnonlinear all-optical logic gate structures is experimentally demonstrated using RF photonics. Progress in highly integrated O/E/O repeaters over Si/InP hybrid platforms enables large-scale reconfigurable gate arrays.
