Abstract
Vertebrates, mainly burrowing Rodentia, are briefly surveyed before concentrating on groups of invertebrates occurring both as burrowing and as non-burrowing interstitial fauna: ants, termites, beetles, isopods, nematodes, Collembola, mites (Acari) and snails. -J.W.Cooper
