Abstract

A CNN-based rotation algorithm is presented. It is designed to rotate binary images. It works by successively shifting the black pixels on their predefined circular paths with speed adjustment. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of Matlab's rotation algorithm. Several examples are given to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed algorithm.
