Abstract
This manuscript addresses the case study of Ms. B. through the lens of attachment theory. Her Rorschach reveals her anxiously attached information. Her attachment anxiety contributes to her suicidal attempt, to problems in affect regulation, and to negative self-esteem. Ms. B. has problems in mentalization and low reality testing while being in emotionally charged situations. She needs mentalization-based psychotherapy.
