Abstract

Local folklore has it that Israelis are the most psychologically assessed people in the world. It is certainly true that psychological selection procedures are deeply ingrained in the national ethos of personnel recruitment and it has been claimed that a jobseeker’s chances of undergoing an Assessment Center-type selection process are nowhere greater than they are in Israel.
