Abstract

This chapter present the chrono-typological pottery assemblage of the 2019 excavation season at Area L. The pottery assemblage represents finds from that excavation squares in Area L and also from the lower part of Tomb 8050 that is adjacent to Area L. The assemblage includes various vessel types: open and small closed vessels, holemouth jars, jars, and metallic wares that date to the Early Bronze Age II and have parallels to Strata 8-7 of the Kempinski excavations (Scheftelowitz 2002: 28).
