Abstract

The importance of transformational leadership for establishing quality environments in R&D sector was discussed. The relationships between leadership style, quality and employee satisfaction in R&D sectors were analyzed. The statistical significance of the relationship between transformational, transactional leadership, and quality to the structural equation model was examined using regression analysis. It was found that the transformational leadership tends to support quality as well as satisfaction in R&D sectors.
