N2 - The importance of transformational leadership for establishing quality environments in R&D sector was discussed. The relationships between leadership style, quality and employee satisfaction in R&D sectors were analyzed. The statistical significance of the relationship between transformational, transactional leadership, and quality to the structural equation model was examined using regression analysis.
