Abstract
A benzene extract of Lophanthera lactescens wood was shown to contain stigmasta-4, 22-dien-3-one, ergost-en-3-one, stigmasterol, ergost-5-en-3-ol, β-amyrenone and a new nor-triterpene. Structural determinations were made from spectrometric data, including 2D NMR experiments.
