Abstract

In today's era, medical science and the healthcare industry are uplifting together and adopting various advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and so on to find cures for diseases and to save human lives. Due to the change in technologies, great changes are also happening in the field of ophthalmology. Many types of equipment are available to cure the disease but due to less time and high cost, most human beings are unable to approach it. This majorly impacts the human beings who are living in remote areas. Now, it's time to make sure that the basic medical facilities that are available to all living in suburbs are taken to the ones living in a remote location where it is not possible to take all the equipment. The major concept of this study is to provide an e-platform for getting information related to ophthalmology disease. Further, this paper proposes a framework where remote area peoples can also utilize these resources at their places. This framework not only brings the technology to human beings lives in villages or small towns at an affordable price but also helps in the 100% utilization of available resources.
