Abstract

We present a new micro-endoscope based on a fiber bundle and a GRIN lens, capable of 2P holographic photostimulation of multiple neurons with single cell precision and fast (100 Hz) 2P calcium imaging on fields of view of 250 μm in freely moving mice.
