Abstract

Air accidents have more to do with the maintenance errors. We can use HRA method to analyze human errors. So far, the nuclear industries have formed some reliability analysis methods [1]. But these methods are less applied to the areas of aviation maintenance. This paper proposes a cognitive reliability assessment method for aviation maintenance errors by modifying the common performance condition (CPC) method. And this paper also develops three original maintenance error control modes and gives a quantitative forecasting method. Finally, a case analysis verifies the effectiveness and assurance of the method.
