Abstract

A piece that was written for percussionist Oded Geizhals in 2019. The work offers a listening territory in which the sensory product is a combination of the
sounds of the performing artist and recorded concrete sounds. These sounds have undergone a transformation that has dismantled the conditions and
mechanisms identified with the sound source. In the same way, the snare drum part is broken down into "four lines" in the score, which represents various
ways of performing. This artificial disruption and separation play an essential performative role and requires the performing artist to take responsibility and
create a coherent statement in relation to the notes and sounds emanating from the speakers.
