Abstract
מאמר זה בוחן את יחסי הגומלין שבין תורת המשפט הטיפולי ובין בריאות הציבור. שני התחומים הם תנועות אלטרנטיביות במסגרת הפרופסיה שבה התפתחו. מאפיינים מסויימים שלהם משותפים וקשורים במניעה, בהסתכלות מערכתית ובחשיבה בין תחומית. מאפיינים אחרים שונים, והם יכולים להיות מקור השראה ושאילה מן התחום האחד אל האחר.
