Abstract
המאמר מבקש להציג את עמדת ההלכה בשאלת הצעת החוק שהוגשה המבקשת להסדיר ולתקן כמה פרצות בחוק לשלילת זכות ירושת הנרצח מהרוצח ומיורשיו. עיקר חידושו של המאמר הוא בהצעה להבחין בין מקרה בו קשר הירושה נובע מקשר דם ("זיקת שארות") לבין מקרה בו קשר הירושה נובע מזיקת הנישואין ("זיקת אישות"). (מתוך המאמר)
