Abstract
המאמר עוסק בגישת הצדק המאחה ובהתייחסות אליה כפרדיגמה חלופית לתפיסה העונשית. לגישת המחברות, הגישה המאחה והגישה העונשית הן שתי פילוסופיות שונות המקדמות מטרות דומות, שאינן עומדות בסתירה זו עם זו. לטענתן, צדק מאחה ראוי להיתפס כחלק אינטגרלי ממערכת המשפט הפלילי ולא כחלופה המצויה מחוצה לה.
