פעילות הוועדה לעליית הנוער הדתי בשנים 1938–1948

Following the Second World War, thousands of survivors of the concentration camps were sent as pioneers to the settlements. Before immigrating to Israel, a program was sent to build a unique educational institution that fulfilled his principles. The religious youth village has successfully managed over tens of years and has allowed the absorption of hundreds of youth ‘aliyah’ students. Graduates of the educational institute have fulfilled its ideological way in the pioneering settlement factories of the Torah and work in kibbutzim and moshavim throughout the country. In the test of time, it seems that most of his practical success among youth was in the years 1938-1948. In these years there ligious-socialist spirit was able to stand at the forefront of the Zionist-religious campforth religious kibbutz members. The kibbutzim were inspired by the Jewish public to fulfill the vision of the Zionist ethos. With the arrival of the Holocaust survivors and the hostility of the eastern-bloc countries in the 1950's, his socialist-religious vision was tested in its practical application. With the rise of National Socialism in Germany, Youth Aliyah had been founded with its prime objective to rescue as many Jewish children as possible from Germany and, later, from other countries overrun by the Nazis and from1933 on wards these children were placed in all the kibbutzim and moshavim able and prepared to absorb, educate and train them.
