Abstract
The article describes 'Din Bnei Chaluf', Rabbi Yosef ben Shalom Ashkenazi's method regarding the question of providence and the judgment of truth and justice in the hands of God through two processes - the shelah and the reincarnation. Why is Rabbi Yosef required for these two processes? The goal of Bnei Halenaf law, and the two processes that exist in it, both for the soul and for the body, is the transformation of the impure into the pure in the world. (from the article)
