Abstract
נמצינו למדים שכפי שמסורות לשון חכמים התימנית אין 'שיבושים', אלא הן משמרות קווים בבליים קדומים, כך גם הדבר במסורות קריאת המקרא התימנית - הן המסורת הכתובה הן מסורת הקריאה שנשמרה בעל פה. מסורות אלה אינן 'שיבושים' אלא מסורות בבליות קדומות שנשתמרו במשך מאות שנים ולא נדחו מפני המסורת הטברנית.
