Abstract
בפרק זה, כמו בכל שנה, נעסוק במגמות בהוצאה הלאומית על בריאות ובהתמודדות עם שלל האתגרים העומדים בפני מערכת הבריאות, דוגמת משבר כוח האדם במקצועות הבריאות, המחסור בציוד ובמכשור רפואי, נגישות לשירותי בריאות והתנהגות סיכון. כמו כן נדון באריכות במערך בריאות הנפש, אשר זוכה למקום של כבוד בתהליכי קבלת ההחלטות לאחר שנים רבות של הזנחה.
