Abstract
This article offers a comprehensive review of intergenerational interaction within organizations, underpinned by insights gleaned from a unique learning event hostedat Netafim headquarters . The crux of the discussion revolved around the intersection of psychological safety and multi generational organizations . The event, attended by individuals from various sectors of the Israeli economy and multiple disciplines, soughtto cultivate an understanding of how to foster a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace environment that enables employees of all generations to express their authentic selves, free from fear of judgment or organizational repercussions, grounded in the belief that multi generationalism bolsters team resilience and productivity .
