Abstract
הפולמוס סביב השאלה האם הטכנולוגיות החדישות מאפשרות לנצח מלחמות באש מנגד או אפילו באש מרחוק, ואולי ללא אש כלל, הוא מוקד הדיון בניהול מלחמות במאה השנים האחרונות. הניסיון המבצעי מראה שנדרש תמרון קרקעי כדי להכריע את המלחמה. (מתוך המאמר)
