Abstract
מחקר זה מנתח מערכות אלקטרוניות חדישות של שאלות ותשובות (שו"ת) ומאגרי שו"ת מקוונים הנוצרים מתוצרי מערכות אלו. מתוך פרספקטיבה של עשרים שנה של שו"ת במרשתת ושו"ת באמצעות מסרונים, המחקר מאיר כיצד המערכות והמאגרים מקדמים תופעות השואפות לערער את ההלכה המסורתית ומוסדותיה. שלוש תופעות שונות נידונות: סאטירה, הטרלה, ונשים בתור משיבות מקוונות.
