Abstract
המחברות נדרשו לשלב בהוראה שלהן טכנולוגיה של טאבלטים, כדי שהסטודנטיות יאמצו את הטכנולוגיה בהוראה העתידית. על ידי ריאיונות עם עמיתותיהן הן למדו להעריך את המורכבות של שינוי בהטמעת טכנולוגיה חדשה בהוראה ברמה של הכשרת סטודנטיות להוראה. המחקר מעיד על הצורך להבין תהליכי שינוי בכל מערכת חינוכית שהיא ולהקשיב היטב לאנשי השדה הנדרשים לשנות את דרכי ההוראה.
