יישום מבוסס טכנולוגיית הבלוקצ'יין (Blockchain) לניהול תהליכים עסקיים בין ארגוניים: הפרספקטיבה הניהולית

In the era of the modern economy, characterized by information-driven dynamics and business competition, technologies that support inter-organizational business processes management are essential for collaborative problem-solving and enhancing organizational performance. Efficient solutions for managing such processes are becoming increasingly necessary. Blockchain technology has the potential to enhance collaboration between organizations and streamline business transactions by eliminating the need for third-party intermediaries. However, due to the novelty of the technology and the limited number of successful implementation cases, decision-makers lack clear guidelines on whether and how to adopt blockchain technology within their organizations. This study addresses this gap through a qualitative research approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with experienced decision-makers involved in blockchain implementation. It offers a framework that enables organizations and decision-makers to better adopt the technology by mapping suitable use cases, presenting models for establishing blockchain networks, and defining a managerial decision-making process for implementing blockchain-based solutions in the context of inter-organizational business process management. This study contributes to the understanding of technology adoption in organizational settings,extends theories of inter-organizational collaboration and trust, and provides practical insights for managers seeking to adopt blockchain technology in their organizations.
