Abstract
במאמר זה בכוונתי להציג את הצורך בהכרה בזקנים נפגעי עבירה כקטגוריה נפרדת בעולם נפגעי העבירה בישראל. הכרה זו חשובה לשם בחינת המענים הניתנים כיום לזקנים נפגעי העבירה ומידת התאמתם לצורכיהם, ולשם הבניית מענים חדשים שיותאמו לצרכים הייחודיים של הזקנים בהליך הפלילי. (מתוך המאמר)
