Abstract
מוראות השלטון הנאצי עוררו כבר בשנות ה-30 אמנים יהודים מרחבי אירופה לבטא את תגובתם באופן חזותי. המחברת מתמודדת במאמר עם שאלת מקורות ההשראה של יצירות אמנות אלו ומראה כיצד ארכיטיפים ואירועים שונים מהעבר היהודי והאירופי שימשו רקע להתמודדות עם אירועי שנות ה-30 וה-40 (מתוך המאמר).
