Abstract
This article addresses the contemporary encounter between West Bank settlers and Evangelical Christian Zionists, examining the effect of this encounter on the evolution of the Jewish-Christian boundary. The research presented here focuses on the interactions between Christian agricultural volunteers in the West Bank and local rabbinical leadership, a phenomenon that has given rise to heated controversy within Orthodox Judaism. Our discussion deals with the tension between those attempting to preserve and maintain existing religious boundaries and those aiming to redraw them.
