Abstract
המאמר דן בפרשנות התנאית בהגבלות על כניסתם של טהורים למשכן, זרים - תמיד, והכהנים במקרים מסויימים. המחקר דן בפרשנות התנאית לכך בעיקר סביב השאלה באיזה עונש מות מדובר - מיתה בידי אדם או מיתה בידי שמיים, אך לא הוקדשה תשומת לב למצבים שבהם עוברים על פי ההלכה על איסור המחייב מיתה. (מתוך המאמר)
