Abstract
המאמר מצייר תמונת מצב בעייתית, שלפיה הדין הישראלי מטפל בסוגיית ההתעללות בבן הזוג בצורה חלקית ולא משביעת רצון. המחברים בוחנים שני מודלים המתייחסים בצורה שונה להתעללות הפיזית, המינית והנפשית בבן הזוג ומציגים מודל משלהם, המנסה למצות יתרונות מהמודלים הקיימים ולהשביח אותם.
