About Me

My research is focused on natural language processing (how can computers produce, consume, manipulate and understand texts written in human languages) and machine learning (how to learn from examples). In particular, I am interested in statistical learning methods applied to language data. I focus on the “building blocks” of language: syntactic structure, meaning representation, and coreference resolution. Recently, I'm exploring neural network based approaches to language processing.
