Personal profile

About Me

I am a clinical criminologist and senior lecturer in the specialist track at Bar Ilan University and have been working in the sex offender field for 20 years: therapy, rehabilitation and prevention, sex offender assessments, and professional training. I developed a two-year post-graduate certificate training program at Bar Ilan for sex offender therapy and assessment; to date, over 50 professionals have completed the training.

I helped establish the only center in Israel for the assessment and treatment of Haredi sex offenders. As clinical director of the center, I facilitate sex offender groups and train professionals who are members of the Haredi community as well. I also train and supervise professionals in the prison services, Prison Rehabilitation Authority, and paraphilias treatment units at Abarbanel Hospital and a community treatment center for sex offenders.
