About Me

Tova Rosenbloom received her PhD in Criminology from Bar Ilan University, Israel, in 2001 and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management since 2012. In 2010 she was appointed as Head of Research and Vice Head in the Department of Management. She has published more than 47 articles in professional journals. Professor Tova Rosenbloom's main research interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Traffic Psychology, Sensation Seeking and Risky Behavior. Since 2008 she is an associate editor for the journal Accident Analysis and Prevention. In addition she is a member of the Teaching Committee at Bar Ilan University since 2015.
