About Me

Sivan Korenblit is a senior Lecturer at the Mina and Everard Faculty of Life Sciences at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. She received her PhD in Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Sciences in Rehovot and started her research the field of genetics of aging in the early 2000s at UCSF. She joined the Faculty of Life Sciences at Bar-Ilan University in 2009 as a senior lecturer. Her areas of interest include: Aging, Gerentalogy, Genetics ,Cell biology, Protein homeostasis, Cellular stress responses and the endoplasmic reticulum.
