Over 35 years of experience in legal and business consulting in all aspects of companies' management, investment banking, economics, corporate law, and commercial law. Shlomo is a renowned expert in structuring, consulting, and accompaniment of creditor and debt settlements as well as in serving as a trustee and in management of companies in difficulty, receivership, liquidation, or under a stay of proceedings.

Providing legal-financial consulting and accompaniment related to investments, business acquisitions, and development programs, capital raising in Israel and abroad, as well as matters related to corporate governance, credit exposures, and risks as well as legal and financial risks. In addition, he advises and accompanies his clients on matters of government and public tenders (infrastructures, electricity, energy, communications and media, banking and finance, etc).

In 2021, I was appointed by the former Minister of Economy and Industry, Eli Cohen, as Head of the Consulting Forum (‘the Nass Forum’) to the Ministry of Economy and Industry to formulate a financial plan for market development and contending with the implications of the Covid 19 crisis.
