About Me

Biography Shlomit Flint is an Architect (Bezalel) with a master in Public policy and planning (Hebrew University) and a PhD in The Geosimulation and Spatial Analysis from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel. Dr Flint formerly held a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow and a Bartlett Grand Challenges Senior Researcher at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) from January 2012. Her 'Residential Analysis' research spotlighting in high resolution the role of group versus individual residential behaviour and investigates its effect with regards to social and community housing in Whitechapel through digital means. Main Research Interests: - Planning Theory, Practice and Implementation - GEODESIGN - Communal Planning and Social Sustainability
