About Me

Shira Iluz is a lecturer in the faculty of education at Bar-Ilan University, where she is also the director of HaLev – The Center for Simulation in Education. Shira leads the application of simulative experiences in professional training and development processes for teachers, and develops theoretical and applied research based on the principle of evidence-based practice. Her research examines the attitudes and positions of teachers in diverse contexts
