Personal profile

About Me

I am a tenure track lecturer and a clinical criminologist. Through funds from the International Outgoing Fellowships (IOF) – FPF-PEOPLE- Marie Curie Actions, I received broad interdisciplinary training in the cognitive neuroscience laboratory in the Department of Psychology at UCLA. Through that training, I acquired an exceptionally strong theoretical and methodological background in behavioral and imaging studies (ERP, s/fMRI). My current work has extended into two areas: 1) The first focuses on the effect of impulsivity on cognitive and behavioural processes, such as decision making and learning processes. 2) The second area of investigation focuses on the neuropsychological analyses of cognitive and emotional processes in the human brain.
