About Me

Prof. Magnezi received an honorable discharge from the Israeli Defense Corps with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She began her academic activities during her military service and received her PhD in Health Systems Management from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. Until 2019 she has been the Head of the Health Systems Management Program at Bar Ilan University. She has published more than 55 articles in refereed journals, 3 chapters in books, and a book.

Prof. Magnez's research interests include Health Policy, Health Economics, Measurement and Evaluation of Healthcare Services, Quality Improvement, and Patient Safety. She is on the staff of the Quality and Accreditation Unit of Asaf Harofeh Hospital. Prof. Magnezi consults with several health organizations (MOH, Hospitals etc.), is a director at Leumit Health Services and was a past Director of Rekah Pharma
