About Me

Pascale Benoliel is lecturer - teaching fellow in the Leadership and Policy Department in the School of Education at the Bar Ilan University in Israel. She received her PhD in educational policy and leadership from the Haifa University. She has been working in the school of education at Bar-Ilan University since 2013. Her research areas include school leadership (boundary activities and participative leadership), school management team and team leadership, comparative research and cross cultural research.
