About Me
Director of North Feda Medical Center (Poriya). In his previous position between 2022-2024, Noam served as Deputy Director of North Feda Medical Center (Poriya). Before that, between 2022-2018 he served as the deputy director of the Bnei Zion Medical Center. Before that, Noam served as a senior physician in the otolaryngology department and was responsible for the field of otoneurology at the Bnei Zion Medical Center in Haifa. Has the appointment of a senior lecturer at the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine at Bar Ilan University. Previously he served as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion and at the Department of Communication Disorders at the University of Haifa, and won several times the outstanding lecturer award on behalf of the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion. Noam has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a certified degree in Health Systems Administration (MHA) from Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheva. As part of the Inbar program, Noam studied for an accredited degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in health systems management, at Tel Aviv University. Noam is a specialist in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery. He did his internship at the Bnei Zion Medical Center in Haifa. As part of the Inbar program, Noam specialized in medical administration in a combined specialization in the management of the Bnei Zion Medical Center and the Rambam Medical Center. Moreover, Noam is a major in the reserves. In his last military position, he served as the head of the IDF Medical Corps' ENT Medicine Department. During his military service Won the award of the head of the technological-logistics department in the IDF in the field of military medicine. As part of his social work, Noam lectures students in the field of hearing, noise damage and hearing rehabilitation.
