In 2006 established NEST, Negotiation Strategies Ltd, a boutique consulting firm, which provides complex negotiations and crisis management support to senior executives in the public and private sectors in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In recent years he focuses on cyber crisis negotiations, and complex diplomatic problem solving.
