Rabbi Dr. Merav (Tubul) Kahana is the head of the Mativta Program at the Bar Ilan Midrash, and teaches Talmud and Halacha. 

She is a Halacha consultant at Nishmat

A Scholar of the language of the Sages, her Areas of Interest include:

  • Changes in the Halakhic world of women
