Maayan is a researcher and lecturer in the Technology Management Program in the Department of Management at Bar-Ilan University (BIU), Israel. She is a graduate (summa cum laude) of the Department of Information Science and specializes in WEB technologies and IT. During her Ph.D., Maayan was one of the Presidential Fellows at BIU. She won the Rector’s Excellence Awards for Doctoral Students and the President’s Awards for publishing articles in international scientific journals. She has extensive experience in mapping needs to improve business performance, modeling, characterization, systems analysis, planning strategic solutions, and designing systematic methodologies for managing data, information, and knowledge. Her research explores system implementation, human capital management, digital transformation processes, organizational performance improvement, digital workplace environments, and big data analysis.
