About Me

Associate Professor, Zalman Shamir Department of Hebrew Bible Joshua Berman has been a faculty member of the Department of Hebrew Bible since 2002. His areas of specialty include biblical narrative, political thought in the Hebrew Bible, Methodology in Pentateuchal Criticism. He is also the co-director of the Tiberias Project: A Web Application for the Stylistic Analysis and Categorization of Hebrew Scriptures. He served as a member of the international advisory board of the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.
