About Me

I was born in Moscow, graduated from Moscow University, Department of Soil Science and completed there my PhD thesis. My specialty is soil physics. I was the leader of student organization of Soil Conservation. I also participated in several national programs of environmental education. I built five simulation games for nature-conservation with colleagues, which are in the Russian National Catalog. Since than, my interest is the environmental education, urban soil and environment. I worked at the University of Moscow until 1991, where I immigrated to Israel with my husband and my two children. Since 1992 I am working at Bar–Ilan University as a senior lecturer and researcher.
