Dr. David Shimoni. Mediator since 2001. Mediation instructor and certified by the court administration as a "practicum" instructor in mediation. Mediator on the list of Magistrate's Courts in the MAHOT program. Co-founder of the Goshrim Group, which is a mediation and training center. Specializes in traditional dispute settlement mechanisms, mediation in various countries, alternative mechanisms to justice, family mediation and community mediation. Served as a volunteer chairman of the Mediators' Organization in Israel from 2016-2020. Previously a senior (head of a division) in the civil service and a school principal.
